14-Day Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period all sales areconsidered final.
Eligibility for Returns Condition: unworn, unwashed, and in original resalable condition. Trying it on is fine, of course.Packaging: original packaging with all tags attached.Hygiene: free from any scents (perfume, smoke), stains, or signs of wear.
If an item reaches us in poor condition, the return will be denied.
Final Sale — no returns, no exchanges. To maintain our limited release model, the following are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:Items purchased under the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer or any bundle deal. Items marked as Final Sale or from Limited Drop collections.
Size Selection
Our size charts are recommendations, and we always recommend measuring before you order — our Size Chart shows you how. We don't issue refunds for an incorrect size selection. On a regular-price order we'll exchange it for the right size within the 14-day window: you cover the return shipping plus an $8 fee for sending the replacement out. Final Sale and Buy 2 Get 1 Free items are not eligible for a return or an exchange. Not sure which size to go for? Message us before you order — we'll help you land it first time. 🙏
When the fault is ours
If an item arrives defective or damaged, if we shipped the wrong item or wrong size, or if your parcel is lost in transit, we cover everything — the return, the replacement, and the shipping. This applies to every order, including Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Final Sale. Please report defects within 7days of delivery.We'll either refund you or send a replacement — your call.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a request, contact us at w@zenkaiclan.com with:
1. Order number
2. Item name
3. Reason for return or exchange
4. Clear photos of the issue — lay the garment flat on a plain surface: one full front shot, one close-up of the size tag, and one close-up of the issue itself.
Return Shipping Costs: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Tracking: we strongly recommend a tracked shipping service.
ZENKAI is not responsible for returns lost in transit without a valid tracking number or proof of shipment. Please send us the return tracking number once you've shipped. Please send us the return tracking number once you've shipped.
Refunds: where a refund applies, you cover the return shipping and we refund the item once it's back with us and inspected.
Exchanges: you cover the return shipping plus an $8 shipping fee for the replacement parcel.
Our error: if the return is due to our error, we cover all costs in both directions — nothing to pay.
Refund & Exchange Process Approved refunds: processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges: processed and shipped within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Order Cancellations - We can process cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
